well, i am now in volley ball camp (s) here is the schedg.
 
1. 7:20-9:30 volleyball workout, lifting and running and guik little stepping typed thingies
 
2. 4-5 volleyball setting clinique
 
3. 6-9:30 volleyball "camp" hitting, passing, and serving,
 
wow what a looong week!
 
but the good part is, I WILL LOSE MY FAT!!! YAY
